Universal joints are commonly encountered as drive shafts for R/C models, assembly type parts which are able to transfer shaft movement even at angles and on uneven ground. -The cruciform cross joints are connected via yokes, and transmit power at angles of up to 45 degrees. -This set includes three types of joint, allowing use with 3mm hex shafts, the 4mm standard shafts used in the Tamiya Technicraft Series, and 2mm hex shafts used in Mini 4WD models. -Also, the same shape facilitates connection with different types of joint.
