How do I place an order?
Browse the site, add items to your cart, check out and pay with an available method. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Do I need an account?
An account helps you track orders and save addresses. Guest checkout may be available depending on site settings.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@rcecho.com. If the order has not shipped, we can usually cancel and refund. After shipment, see our Return and Refund Policy.

Payment & currency

What payment methods do you accept?
See Payment Methods — typically PayPal/cards, Alipay (eligible customers), Hong Kong local transfer and overseas bank wire (telegraphic transfer).

What currency do you use?
Store prices are primarily in USD. Some local payment options may show HKD.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. The site uses HTTPS. Card and PayPal payments are processed by recognised payment providers.

Shipping & tracking

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, for most products. See Shipping Terms and Shipping Restrictions (e.g. LiPo, spray paint).

How long does shipping take?
It depends on the method (DHL eCommerce, Hongkong Post Registered / Air Parcel / EMS). Estimates are shown on the Shipping Terms page and are not guarantees.

How do I track my parcel?
Use the tracking number in your shipment email on the carrier’s website.

Returns & damaged parcels

What is your return policy?
See Return and Refund Policy (30-day No Fuss for pristine items; opened packaging may qualify for 80% refund).

My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?
Photograph the outer packaging and contents, keep all materials, and email info@rcecho.com with your order number and tracking number as soon as possible.
