Where we ship

RC Echo ships worldwide for most products on rcecho.com. We regularly send parcels to customers in Europe, the United States, the Middle East and many other regions. Some items cannot be shipped to certain countries because of vendor distribution agreements or dangerous-goods rules — see Shipping Restrictions.

How we pack orders

Our warehouse team packs orders carefully with protective materials and sturdy cartons to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Shipping methods

Available methods and charges are shown in your cart/checkout and depend on weight and destination. If you do not choose a method, we normally ship by DHL eCommerce. All of the services below include a tracking number.

Unsuccessful delivery & returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us (for example unclaimed, refused, or address problems), return postage charged by the post office/carrier and any re-shipment cost are the customer’s responsibility. Parcels are often returned if unclaimed within about 14 days of arrival at the destination postal service.

Refunds for loss or damage in transit depend on the carrier service and any insurance selected — please contact us promptly with photos and tracking details. See also our Return and Refund Policy.

Tips to avoid returned parcels

• Double-check your shipping address before checkout.
• Provide a valid mobile number for local postal contact.
• A recipient signature may be required on delivery from RC Echo.
• Track your parcel and collect it promptly from the post office if a card is left.
• Avoid ordering if you are about to move house until you have a stable address.

EMS tracking at destination

After EMS handover, you may also track with your local postal operator (e.g. USPS, Parcelforce, Japan Post, Singapore Post, China EMS). If your country is not listed in carrier help pages, contact your local post office with the EMS number.
