1. Agreement & parties

By using rcecho.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The seller is EL Electron Model Company, trading as RC Echo (“we”, “us”), of Room 406, Cheung Fat Industrial Building, 64-76 Larch Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Contact: info@rcecho.com.

2. Account registration & eligibility

You must provide accurate account and checkout information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Products, pricing & availability

Product descriptions and images are for information. Prices are primarily in USD and may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Stock, pre-orders and lead times can change; we may cancel or adjust an order if an item becomes unavailable and will notify you.

4. Orders & contract formation

Adding items to your cart and submitting checkout does not by itself create a binding contract of sale. A contract is formed when we confirm shipment of the goods (or such other confirmation as we send you). We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, export restrictions or stock issues.

5. Payment

Accepted methods are described on our Payment Methods page and at checkout. You must pay in full as instructed. Orders unpaid within a reasonable time may be cancelled.

6. Shipping & risk

Shipping options, transit estimates and restrictions are set out in Shipping Terms and Shipping Restrictions. Risk of loss or damage in transit follows the carrier rules for the service selected. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

7. Returns, refunds & warranty

Returns and warranty handling are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Prohibited use & intellectual property

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content for commercial scraping or republication without permission. Product brands, manuals and images remain the property of their respective owners. Manuals provided on our site are for personal use with products you purchase.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
