Shipping Restrictions

Shipping Restrictions

Some products cannot be shipped by air or to certain destinations. Please read product notes and contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Dangerous goods & restricted items

• LiPo / lithium batteries — subject to airline and carrier rules; some destinations or services cannot accept them.
• Aerosol / spray paint and flammable liquids — generally cannot be shipped internationally by air.
• Other items restricted by Hongkong Post, DHL or destination customs.

Country & carrier limits

EMS and other services may not be available to every country. Destination customs may seize or delay restricted goods. We may refuse or cancel shipment of items that cannot legally or safely be sent to your address.

APO / FPO / diplomatic addresses

Military and diplomatic addresses may have special limits. Contact us before ordering if you use such an address.

Customs, duties & taxes

Import duties, VAT/GST and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise.
